What do you love about your job?
Love the challenges, I wake up every morning not knowing what to expect day to day, there is no day that looks like yesterday and tomorrow will always be different. I have the privilege of working with our entire Master team, and many of the agencies in the program - and truly enjoy learning every day their key differentiators.
What do you like about working with TBI?
It is always about the people, and it makes the engagement less about ‘work’ and more about driving to a mutually beneficial goal of success when I have the opportunity to work with such amazing folks.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.
What is a key tidbit you give to others?
My belief is that it is the little things that add up to success - I very rarely get out hustled as it relates to returning calls/emails and following up with the action items to fix problems, big or small. I focus on always doing the homework and coming prepared to any discussion.
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
My best vacation would be a mix of relaxation with a whole bunch of history wrapped in - I am that person that can go to museums/churches/castles all day, have an amazing dinner and drinks and do it all over again the next day. Never been one to go sit poolside/beach for endless days, don’t get me wrong a day here or there spent with a relaxing adult beverage and a good book, but I prefer to be doing and seeing things and always learning.
Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
As a mother of a newly minted teenager, who is incoming Freshman in High School this fall, my goal is to stay relevant and engaged as she grows in her independence. I want her to grow up and believe that she can truly have everything - a family as well as a very rewarding career and balance those priorities and be ‘good’ at both.
