Maria Alessandra Assenza (Ale), founder of Enza Communications LLC, is the Sr. SEO Content Marketing Manager for Claro Enterprise Solutions, an América Móvil subsidiary and leading source provider of Network Connectivity and Communication, Cloud, IoT, and IT Managed Services delivering scalable solutions with layers of security, global expertise, and dependable customer support.

Assenza is a dynamic, and results-oriented content and communications expert with over 9 years of experience driving organic growth, brand recognition, and corporate credibility through robust digital marketing strategies. As a former Digital Corporate Communications Manager at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and Media Relations Strategist for local government, Assenza has proven success maximizing value for private and public organizations while positioning, growing, and retaining a positive organizational reputation.

Prior to joining Claro Enterprise Solutions, she led internal and external communication plans during the COVID-19 global pandemic, and evolved strategies to incite user-generated content for local government. When at
for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprise, she spearheaded digital and social efforts for high-profile c-suite
executives, elevating and positioning them as top industry leaders across platforms. She pioneered the
corporate communications digital division, being the first in developing campaigns to expand the corporate
online footprint, driving new audiences and a positive reputation to the network.

Assenza graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and will
graduate in the summer of 2022 with a master’s in business administration (MBA). Her content strategies have
been recognized nationally by the Telly Awards, Emmy Awards, Florida Municipal Communications Association,
and the City-County Communications and Marketing Association.

What do you love about your job?

As the Sr. SEO Content Marketing Manager for Claro Enterprise Solutions, there is a lot to love about my job including spearheading the repositioning initiative that we launched in March to focus on secure-by-design product offerings. With the increase in cybercrime these last couple of months, helping to market products that are security-centric provides a bigger purpose to my role at CES as we work to help secure businesses.

Don’t underestimate the power of networking and building genuine professional relationships with coworkers, clients, partners, and executives.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination? 

My favorite quick getaway destination is Fort Myers Beach; and my favorite vacation location is Seville, Spain.

Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?

My overall life goal is to live a happy life, alongside my very supportive husband, while raising kind, happy, confident, fearless, and healthy Latina girls in a world without prejudice. If I can achieve that, then my purpose will have been fulfilled.
