TBI celebrates notable industry leaders and professionals making an impact in telecom. Learn more about Woman of the Channel, Carolyn Kuczynski, from EnTelegent Solutions.
Carolyn is originally from Upstate New York where she started out in radio doing traffic, copywriting, and on-air work. She then went to two different ad agencies. At the first, Carolyn was a media buyer and at the second, she was a production coordinator. Carolyn then went on the client-side, working in marketing for a jewel-box manufacturer. After this venture, she worked at an HVAC manufacturer, doing everything B2B marketing for 15 years. Carolyn's husband’s job relocated them to Charlotte. She then did some contracting and became Marketing Manager for a cookware manufacturer. Her much-loved intern there, Kayla Brown introduced her to the channel. Kayla took a position at CNSG and encouraged Carolyn to follow, and she thought why not try service marketing for a change.
