JoElla is a telecom industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of marketing, business development and sales operations positions. She began her career with CenturyLink (then US West) and has held numerous roles on both the Direct and Indirect sides of the business, and has focused on the Indirect Channel for the majority of her tenure. In her current role as a Field & Partner Engagement Manager, JoElla works directly with CenturyLink’s partners, including TBI, to collaborate and execute on a variety of impactful marketing programs, campaigns and tools that help partners drive growth with CenturyLink.

I love the creativity and the ability to constantly come up with new ideas that align with the needs of our partners in the ever-changing environment we live in.
