What do you love about your job?
I love that there are many things that you can do when you are in the accounting field, and I am able to combine all of my experience and knowledge to see what I can bring to the table that is exciting and new. I love figuring out problems since I do have my undergrad in Mathematics and once wanted to be a math teacher…in my past life. What do you like about working at TBI?
I love having a team again. A team of people who have their own expertise in specific areas so there is always someone to help you resolve or answer a question or at least let you know where or who you should ask. TBI is the type of company that I have always wanted to work for because I feel as though there is thought and care directed towards me as a person, and not just as an employee.

It's corny but I always have been saying it - teamwork makes the dream work! What is a key tidbit you give to others?
Ask all the questions no matter if you do not feel like you are wording it correctly or overthinking it. There is always an answer or at least a direction to find the answer. And I’ve also learned the art of breaking apart questions to make them make sense to others…learned that during my teaching career lol!
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
San Diego is my home away from home and hopefully my future home. I just love California.
Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
Traveling to places I never could have dreamed of is my goal.
