6 Questions with Comcast Business' Jean Yau

Telecom Master Agent and technology distributor TBI highlights Woman of the Channel, Jean Yau from Comcast Business.

As a National Partner Account Manager, Jean builds relationships with Master Agencies that are partnered with the Comcast Business Solutions Provider Program. Her day-to-day responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration across several organizational touch points: operations, finance, sales and customer care.

Jean graduated from Boston Architectural College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Design Studies in Architectural Technology. Prior to joining Comcast Business, she was an operations manager at a leading master agent in the channel.  This experience gave her a unique perspective through both the partner and the carrier lenses. At Comcast Business, Jean has been working on projects to improve internal and external processes since 2018. In her downtime, Jean travels to other areas of the country and the world. She has always been very interested in photography, graphic design, construction, and networking – and incorporates all of these into her work. Jean enjoys cooking for her friends and family and spending time with her niece, two nephews, and godson.
