What do you love about your job?

I love that I am able to work with and am respected by many executive teams at small, mid-sized, enterprise and global companies. We are not there to sell them something; it's truly about listening and providing a "custom solution" for each of our customers. We value the business relationships we've developed and have worked with many of our clients for 15+ years. I love it when we are appreciated for the value we bring to the equation and when the results exceed expectations!

What do you like about working with TBI?

TBI is a valued resource and partner. Our channel manager, Mary Beth Wendt and the other members at TBI that we often work with are truly extensions of our "TEAM."

They will do what it takes to get the job done, often times without being asked. We are very independent; however, in this industry our jobs can be a little crazy at times. It's nice to have the additional support when needed!

Having the TBI Marketing team assist with all things "marketing and social media" related is a unique perk and also is very much appreciated!

"Do to others as you would have them do to you."

What is a key tidbit you give to others?

A few years ago, my mom gave me a little wooden block with a few words etched on the front of it. It's simple and I am sure some of you have heard this before, or may even have it displayed in your office or home. But, it really does puts things into perspective.

"Never get so busy making a living, that you forget to make a life!"

Slow down. In our industry that can be difficult. I am constantly reminding myself of this.

Take time to spend with your friends and loved ones, making memories you will cherish forever. It truly is the little things that matter the most.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?

My husband and I love being outside, so the beach and the mountains are definitely a must for us when vacationing. We have been blessed to travel to some amazingly beautiful places, but if we had to choose one place, it would have to be Hawaii. We love the beauty of the royal blue waters and the peace found on the islands of Maui and Kauii!

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Flying - I’d love to be able to fly and avoid the Dallas traffic.
