What do you love about your job?

I love working with a small, nimble team that works in concert with each other and is led by a great mentor, Becky Carr. There is no hierarchy, we all work on everything…and it feels more like a family than a job. And our Technology is second to none, so it’s a great feeling to market solutions that make a difference for customers.

What do you like about working with TBI?

TBI feels similar to Masergy – nimble, forward-thinking, some really great marketing leaders (and WOMEN!), and willing to work together with their partners. They give us the opportunity to show our value, we need to be sure we take every opportunity!

Favorite Quote:

Riding is like religion, you have to believe!” Quote from my father, an equestrian trainer, but I feel the same way about marketing. You must believe!

What is a key tidbit you give to others?

I said this once, go with your gut, generally it's correct. And when in doubt, ask someone wiser than yourself. Don’t suffer in silence. And always work for a company you believe in. Too often we take a job that we don’t feel passionate about.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?

I love to travel FAR away. One of my favorites was going to Kenya and Tanzania for one of my “BIG” birthdays and Peru. Also, going home to France to see my family as much as I can, but I will say Hawaii always calls out to me…when I can get there. Ok, that’s a lot!

Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?

My personal goal is to finally buy a house in Sonoma and make it my home…it’s a struggle these days…but I will do it! Also, make a difference in someone’s career, help them grow in their own right, whether a personal friend or professional.
