What do you love about your job?
I love waking up each day knowing that I make a difference. Each day, when a partner comes to me, I know that my response and guidance that I provide them is critical. It represents their role as the Trusted Advisor and ultimately affects their end customers. I love expanding my knowledge base and creating new ways for our partners to enable and educate their customers to ensure that they stay in business and thrive. It’s truly special and such an honor to be in this position.
What do you like about working with TBI?
The people! Everyone at TBI is very down to Earth and always willing to take the time to work with their providers. It is as if they were the only provider in their portfolio. Time is invaluable in this business. We can quickly rush from one meeting to the next without focusing 100% on what we are saying during our time together. I never have that issue with TBI. They are timely, dependable, and compassionate—such a great group.
“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.” Mother Theresa
What is a key tidbit you give to others?
Don't be afraid to be confident in your abilities/successes because it makes others uncomfortable. Your success, insight, and confidence most likely are someone else's survival guide! In this business, we advance and move up because of our unique ideas and creative outputs that help the entire team succeed. Suppose we don't speak up and share those ideas and do it with confidence. In that case, others will miss out on unique messages and opportunities to better themselves, businesses, and the people around us.

Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
- Start a non-profit for the homeless. I would like to help those with substance dependencies get the rehabilitation they require and the resources to help them better their lives, appearance and hygiene and to help them get “on their feet” to be considered for job opportunities.
- Become fluent in Castilian Spanish. I come from a Spanish family with a large portion of them residing in Madrid. My goal is to be able to visit them and communicate with them (and my Mother!) fluently.
- Learn to play the acoustic guitar.
