What is a key tidbit you give to others?

Be direct! Setting clear expectations or action items can really cut down on miscommunications in our current all-remote interactions.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?

I live in Colorado and have been enjoying the remote road trips within the state during COVID-19, as my dog is able to join for them. A recent favorite was Great Sand Dunes National Park, CO.

Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?

My two main hobbies are cooking and gardening. I have the goal of making an all-house-made caprese salad; so far I’ve made my own balsamic reduction and grown my own basil, so I’m planning to make my own mozzarella soon.
