What do you love about your job?

The pace! I truly enjoy working in a dynamic and growing industry, where there’s always a new challenge. Having to stay on your toes and be ready to adapt keeps things interesting. I’m always looking forward to the next opportunity or challenge, knowing that no two days will ever be the same.

And of course, the people – even after the past year, the channel is still an industry built on personal relationships. I get to work with great people both internally at RingCentral and within our partner community!

What do you like about working with TBI?

TBI has a strong culture that really resonates with me. Everyone is always open and responsive to new ideas, trying something unique, and thinking outside the box. They are a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful to call TBI a partner!

What is a key tidbit you give to others?

Never underestimate the impact you can have on those around you. In your personal and business life, with friends, family, or co-workers, always be kind, supportive, and open. Authenticity and empathy pay dividends, and you may be surprised with how genuine kindness comes back tenfold.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?

I think I have to go with Thailand as the best trip I’ve ever taken. The beautiful views, the friendly people and great food…paradise.

Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?

More travel! My goal is to see the world and experience as many new locations and cultures as possible. Broadening one’s worldview always leads to a better perspective and understanding of how connected we all really are.
