What do you love about your job?
I love a little bit of everything — the planning, the creative aspects, learning new technology, working with great coworkers, building new partner relationships, and helping them grow business.
What do you like about working with TBI?
When I started out in my channel career, TBI was the first master agent I worked with and signed. TBI has grown tremendously from my former days, but the culture has remained the same. TBI helps enable both partners and vendors to grow our business, while forging strong relationships. A true partnership.
“In the future, there will be no female leaders. There will just be leaders.” —Sheryl Sandberg, business executive
What is a key tidbit you give to others?
Make sure that you remember that you are always a role model. There are still so few women in technology that everything we do and say is measured and watched. I want to be the person that helps and sets and example for the women behind me.
