Norys (Noreece) Trevino is a National Partner Manager with Nextiva. She is TBI’s dedicated relationship manager, hyper-focused on growth acceleration and regional alignment. Norys is a true professional that thrives on helping others, paying it forward and going the extra mile - all with a smile on her face. She is a born leader with a true understanding of teamwork, decision-making and process mapping.
She has trained a variety of channel account roles and has created and managed partner onboarding processes. Through her experience, Norys gained insight into the day-to-day challenges that channel account managers go through. From there, she was able to implement operational efficiencies to improve both their day-to-day as well as partner efficiency.
Outside of work, Norys is a mom, sister, aunt, daughter, cousin and friend. She wakes up every day motivated to get things done with a wink, smile and laughter. She enjoys self-help books, especially "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek and "Awaken the Giant Within" by Anthony Robbins.

I love growing partners' businesses, meeting new people and all of the amazing relationships I have as a result of my career choice.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
A beautiful tropical island as I am sitting on the sand with a drink in one hand and a bowl of fruit next to me relaxing, enjoying the beauty of the ocean, sounds amazing to me. I have traveled to several countries and Paris and Puerto Vallarta are favorites thus far. I also have a long bucket list.
