Pari Knights has over 20-years of channel marketing experience in a variety of IT and Technology roles. She is a respected leader in the industry and her specialties include marketing enablement, communication, event marketing and demand generation.
Pari is currently the Director of Channel Marketing Manager at Flexential where she is responsible for driving demand for channel sales through demand generation, communications, sales and marketing enablement, events and partner recruitment.
Prior to joining Flexential, Pari worked in a variety of channel roles at leading technology companies including Webroot, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, StorageTek and GE Access.
Pari lives in Denver, CO with her husband, Sam.
What do you love about your job?
I love that my job is never boring and always something different every day. I get to work with multiple partner types including Master Agents, VARs, Alliances, Brokers and work to build marketing plans based on each partner's unique GTM strategy. Internally, I also get to work cross-functionally with sales, engineers, the product team, etc…and leverage their insights/creativity to better support and enable our partners. I appreciate the teamwork approach—which is built into the culture of Flexential.

I love the energy of working with the TBI marketing team and getting to help deliver informative and fun partner events.

You can’t cling to the past if you want to create the future.
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
My all-time favorite experience was Burning Man, which I attended twice, but my favorite destination that I return to over and over is Juno Beach, FL.
Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
I’d like to say I’m training for a marathon, but that would be a lie.
