What do you love about your job?
I’ve loved the challenge of building BCM One’s marketing department and programs from the ground-up over the five years since I took this position. And now, I’m building on that by leading the charge on a strategic marketing and branding plan to integrate and manage five acquired brands under the BCM One parent entity. There’s never a dull moment here and I thrive in the high-paced and highly energetic environment of the telecom space in general and especially at BCM One in particular.
What do you like about working with TBI?
I like managing the relationships with the TBI channel agents from a marketing perspective to ensure they truly understand BCM One’s sweet spot and getting the opportunity to work with the diverse group of intelligent TBI professionals from your corporate office.
I have several inspirational quotes. Here are a few:
“Great Things Never Come from Comfort Zones.”
I believe you have to constantly step out of your comfort zone to grow as a person both personally and professionally. Otherwise, you remain stagnant.
Don’t Talk, Just Act. Don’t Say, Just Show. Don’t Promise, Just Prove.
I’m a big believer in actions say more than words. Everyone can talk, but not everyone can take action and execute.
“Believe in Yourself”
The mind is very powerful, use it.
What is a key tidbit you give to others?
For large complex projects, tackle them in segments or phases so it’s not overwhelming, and you can clearly see the finish line.
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
Sailing around the BVI’s for two weeks.
Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
Living more in the moment.
