What do you like about working with TBI?

I enjoy working with TBI because there is a strong emphasis on CCaaS and running marketing plans that coincide with those plans. It is also a joy to work with channel managers at TBI as they are always willing to go above and beyond to work with the agent community.

What is a key tidbit you give to others?

My key tidbit that I would like to give others is trust your intuition, and never be afraid to go against the status quo to ignite change. Change is always a constant and I know I have done my job when I leave things better than how I found them. It is far better to have a moment of fear than to have any regrets.

Yes, I have many goals in life. The one goal that I’d like to achieve is to start a podcast and blog.
