TBI celebrates notable industry leaders and professionals making an impact in telecom. Learn more about Woman of the Channel, Susan Rodriguez, from AT&T and ACC Business.
Susan Rodriguez has been involved with existing customers in the Technology Services Distributor arena for AT&T and ACC Business for the better part of 12 years. Currently, she is an Inside Sales Channel Manager, working with PDMs and Technology Services Distributors providing guidance and training for Lifecycle issues, as well as engaging in more complex opportunities. Working with Technology Services Distributors to expand and diversify their existing customers’ portfolio of AT&T products, increase revenue, and build consistently trusted relationships are extremely important to her. Susan is passionate about creating long-term, successful partnerships with TSDs, sellers and customers, and impactful, and strong foundations to enhance new business sales downstream.
A proud “Jersey Girl,” Susan lives in Parsippany, NJ and loves her diverse, suburban community located just a short commute to NYC. Seeing a show, going to a museum, listening to music, and just walking in the city spells a great day for her. Vacations at the Jersey Shore are always fun. She enjoys cooking and baking both as a stress reducer, and a way to pass down the Cuban recipes her father-in-law taught her. Devoted to her family, Susan cherishes her time with her husband Octavio, and their adult daughters, Rachel and Julia.
