Currently, she is an Inside Sales Channel Manager, working with PDMs and Technology Services Distributors providing guidance and training for Lifecycle issues, as well as engaging in more complex opportunities. Working with Technology Services Distributors to expand and diversify their existing customers’ portfolio of AT&T products, increase revenue, and build consistently trusted relationships are extremely important to her. Seeing a show, going to a museum, listening to music, and just walking in the city spells a great day for her. Vacations at the Jersey Shore are always fun. She enjoys cooking and baking both as a stress reducer, and a way to pass down the Cuban recipes her father-in-law taught her. Devoted to her family, Susan cherishes her time with her husband Octavio, and their adult daughters, Rachel and Julia.
