What do you love about your job? Nikki Beck Talkdesk

Talkdesk has an amazing culture and I feel proud and extremely fortunate to be part of this team. We have such a cool story here and I love being able to share that story with the partner community while helping them grow their business in the emerging CCaaS space. Lastly, I have the privilege of working with the most amazing humans in this community, many of whom have become lifelong friends. It's a pretty awesome feeling when your job doesn't really feel like a job.

What do you like about working with TBI?

TBI is so well regarded in the industry and deservedly so. The time, resources and energy they allocate on developing their partners is remarkable. Their robust portfolio, coupled with their educated and highly capable internal team enables partners to feel confident and ultimately results in success.

What is a key tidbit you give to others?

One of my mentors gave me this advice years ago, and I still live by it. Be your authentic self. I think people appreciate and respect authenticity, and it has enabled me to build amazing relationships. At the end of the day, when my working career is over, it's not the "wins" that I am going to reflect back on, it'll be the people that helped me along the way and who I celebrated those wins with that I'll think about.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?

It's really tough to choose a favorite, so I will pick two! I love Nashville - the food, the music and most of all the people make that city such a fun place to visit. Utah would be my other favorite place to visit. Some of my very best friends are in Utah, so I enjoy visiting them whenever I have the opportunity. I also love to fly fish, and fishing in the mountains feeds my soul.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Time travel - the older I get the more I understand how precious time with loved ones is. Plus, "Back to the Future" is one of my all time favorite movies, so living that dream would be pretty sweet!
