Taylor Brown joined the CableFinder team in November 2021 as Brand Ambassador and Account Manager where she is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs). She has a plethora of event experience which helps promote CableFinder at industry events by demonstrating how the platform has streamlined the cable selling process. Prior to the telecom industry, Taylor was an event manager for seven years at a large homeowner’s association. She studied at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she earned her BA in Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management. Outside of CableFinder, Taylor enjoys the beautiful state of Colorado, going to local restaurants and attending concerts.
What do you love about your job?
In addition to developing and managing relationships with such great partners like TBI, part of my role is to plan and attend some of the internal and industry events. This allows me to work directly with the TSD’s and the providers to bring brand awareness to sell more cable! I love that I can still wear my event hat and bring creative ideas towards the success of CableFinder. With only being three months into the job and one of the newest members to the channel, the industry events offer so many benefits to be able to network and get your name out there. Everyone has been so welcoming, and I know I am just getting started in this journey!
What do you like about working with TBI?
Everyone that I have worked with thus far at TBI is invested in the partnership and creating shared success. CableFinder recently launched within TBI OnDemand in the last few months and the TBI team has done a great job of marketing the tool to their partners and really making this a seamless onboarding experience.

What is a key tidbit you give to others?
Embrace networking and build relationships. So much of my professional career has been influenced by people I know. It opens the doors to new opportunities, builds self-confidence and allows you to meet more people. You never know where networking might take you.
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
My favorite vacation was a cruise with my mom and sisters. I am so lucky to have such a great relationship with them. Our cruise was interrupted by Hurricane Irma causing a slight change in plans, but it added a few more destination stops and memories to the trip!
Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
Growing up in Colorado, I have been very fortunate to live in such a beautiful state, but a goal of mine is to visit more national parks!
