As a mobility operation manager, Heather promotes complete wireless solutions via TBI. She has achieved success partnering with companies such as AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

After spending more than 15 years in the wireless industry working in various positions, Heather understands that business needs are always changing and, with that, their communication needs also evolve. Coming from various positions within the wireless industry, Heather has learned the importance of each party involved, from the customer, to sales, to operations. Everyone’s roles are important and necessary to ensure a win.

Heather’s accomplishments have been highlighted in multiple recognitions, including a proven track record in increasing sales, streamlining operational processes, implementing new communication platforms, and creating a custom ordering system.

My favorite part of my job is educating people who are not familiar with mobility and helping them close their first sale.

What do you like about working at TBI?

I love working at TBI because they are always showing appreciation for their employees and encouraging everyone to share ideas and opinions.

Change comes, so make the best of it. Your team is important, so appreciate them. Your opinions and feedback are important, so share them. Never be afraid to be the best you.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination? 

My cabin in the woods; spending time in the water and at the beach with the family.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The power of humor. Life is serious business and everyone needs a good laugh.
