As a Support Manager for the cable team at TBI, Julia focuses on creating an environment for our partners to be successful by establishing best practices and lasting efficiencies.

Julia is a Chicago native and graduated from Saint Xavier University with a BA in Business Administration. Throughout her almost five years at TBI, she has held multiple roles within the Cable/Support Team – from Support Specialist, to Team Lead and now Support Manager – Cable. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hanging her dog Brandy, seeing local Chicago theater, and re-watching Aaron Sorkin TV shows.

Supporting our partners to help their customers have the best order experience. No day is ever the same, so it keeps me on my toes.

What do you like about working at TBI?

Collaborating with fellow co-workers on projects and figuring out the best solutions for a request. Everyone is always willing to help each other. We truly are a family here.

What is a key tidbit you give to others? 

The top of the mountain is the bottom of the next, so keep climbing!

Favorite vacation/getaway destination? 

New York City to see Broadway shows, or Disney World!

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Teleportation - so I can stop spending all my money on flights.
