As an Omni Center Support Specialist at TBI, Lilia Garza supports the inside sales team as well as several partners with orders post submission and up to installation.

Lilia has been in the industry since she started at TBI in April 2018 and has adapted well to the environment. She is always willing to assist her co-workers with a smile on her face. Lilia has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

 

What do you love about your job? Lilia Garza2

The thing I love the most about my job is that there’s no hesitation on anyone’s end when it comes to assisting each other. To the say the least, everyone is very friendly, and it has made my time here easier and more enjoyable.

What do you like about working at TBI?

What I like the most about working at TBI is definitely the people and the overall culture. I’m surrounded by many people that are so knowledgeable and caring. Collectively, we are always trying to find ways to make the company the best that it can be.

What is a key tidbit you give to others? 

Whatever you find yourself working on in life, push yourself in a positive and healthy manner. You’d be surprised that you can break through the limitations that your mind sets up.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination? 

Florida is amazing! I’ve been to Miami and Orlando countless times, and I will never get tired of it.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Omnilingualism. Being able to speak any language would open the door for an infinite number of opportunities.
