TBI Highlights Woman of the Channel, Rachel Bruce from TBI
As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at TBI, Rachel is responsible for managing our digital campaigns, marketing systems and reporting & analytics.
She develops strategic programs to cultivate leads, enhance agent and vendor relationships and enable sales. In addition, Rachel collaborates across multiple departments to provide valuable resources for TBI's agent partners and customers. Rachel is also a mother of two rambunctious little boys.
What do you love about your job?
I love the variety within my role, the flexibility to come up with new ideas and implement them, and the opportunity to work on all facets of marketing. I also love the rock star marketing team that I work with and learn from every day!
What do you like about working at TBI?
TBI has an incredible way of developing employees. Through the flexibility in my role and the investments being made in supporting partners and in marketing, I have been able to test new tools and ideas and tangibly see my contribution to the organization.
TBI is also filled with a lot of passionate people who have innovative ideas, push the boundaries and, together, make one another better. As you can imagine, it is very inspiring.

What is a key tidbit you give to others?
Everyone is a genius at something. If you look for the strengths in those around you and think about where people excel, it is a lot easier to set people up for success and find better ways to work together.
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
Anywhere that I can hike – there is nothing like a beautiful landscape, a little risk (depending on the hike), and experiencing the natural creations on our planet.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
Teleportation, without a doubt. Imagine how much time in your day you could get back, especially all you road warriors!
