As the Enterprise Account Manager at TBI, Stephanie is responsible for managing one of our largest customers with their voice and data network needs.


On a daily basis, she places orders and project manages this customer's Voice and MPLS needs to make sure they are taken care of.  Stephanie has been in the Channel and with TBI for 12 years and has seen this industry develop and grow.  She is also a busy mother of two teenage kids.

What do you like about working at TBI?

TBI has really grown over the years and I really enjoy seeing how each department communicates and works well with each other to help our partners/customers.

What is a key tidbit you give to others? 

Don’t let the little things bother you, because if you do, you’ll spend your entire life being angry.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination? 

All our vacations with my husband and kids, especially the National Park trips; Yellowstone, Rocky Mountain, and Smoky Mountains.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Speed, in order to get more accomplished during a day!
