6 Questions with TBI's Stephanie Sowinski

Telecom Master Agent and technology distributor TBI highlights Woman of the Channel Stephanie Sowinski from TBI

In her role as Omni Center Supervisor, Orders, Stephanie manages escalations and streamlines production for the Omni Center Support Team, offering day-to-day guidance and ensuring that her team meets project deliverables.

Stephanie began her career at TBI in the fall of 2016 on the Qualifications Team overseeing the orders' queue. She then moved to the Omni Center Support Team, where she started as a support specialist in the summer 2017 and worked her way up to her current position of supervisor.  Next month, she will start a new role with TBI as the Support Manager of the Orders team, under Telco Post-Sales, overseeing the project coordinators.

Outside of TBI, Stephanie is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems part-time and hopes to graduate by 2024.

I love being able to make someone's day better, whether it is troubleshooting an order issue with my team or assisting a partner/customer.

TBI is a fantastic think-tank environment; I love how collaborative the operations team is and how passionate we are at delivering the best solutions for our customers!

Back to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! I miss the beach.
