What do you love about your job?
One moment I’ll be brainstorming social media campaigns with our sales team or reviewing web designs with our creative team, then the next I’ll be knee deep in data to identify ways we can improve our customer experience. I love the range of topics and people I interact with, and the daily opportunities I have to blend art and science.
What do you like about working with TBI?
I love TBI’s energy! Communicating, problem solving and continuously moving forward, that’s what I’ve noticed makes the TBI team fun to work with and successful. And part of why they have become our top selling Master Agent!

What is a key tidbit you give to others?
While I’m a perfectionist at heart, sometimes, especially during COVID times, getting something out there is better than nothing at all.
Favorite vacation/getaway destination?
It’s a tossup between coastal Mexico and Tuscany. Cervezas or vino with a view, hard to beat that!
Do you have a goal outside of your career that you'd like to achieve?
Recently, I’ve been trying to set micro goals instead of focusing on one big goal. Things like re-learning Spanish, living more in the moment, and committing to a volunteer activity.
