Kathy Snyder_WindstreamWhat do you love about your job?

It’s so cliché, but I love the people. My spheres of responsibility span across the channel, wholesale and resale. The people I interact with both internally and externally make my job exciting, challenging, and ever-changing. This perfectly suits my DNA.

What do you like about working with TBI?

I have recently started working directly with TBI. I like to cut to the chase and focus in on the programs and actions that will drive results. TBI has been transparent about what works well with their sellers and what doesn’t. They have been responsive and engaged and have activated the marketing program we have customized with them.

What is a key tidbit you'd give to others?

Life is short; find work-life balance. I consider myself a hard worker, striving to always work smarter, but in the end, having to put in the hours too. When I leave work (for the most part), I leave work. Having lost several loved ones, the time spent with family and friends is truly the most important part of life. I work to enjoy the time I can with them.

Favorite vacation/getaway destination?

Hands down my favorite vacation was my trip to Italy and the Mediterranean with my Mom and then 15 year-old son. Everything about it makes me light up — the unbelievable history, amazing architecture, scenery, cuisine and the culture. The best part was the quality time I got to laugh and love two of the most important people in my life — tattooed on my mind and heart forever.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Me with a superpower is a danger to the world; ask anyone who knows me. But for the sake of playing along, let’s go with flying, so I could fly to Italy anytime I wanted.
