Rosana is the Vice President of Business Development at Cybersafe Solutions. She leads a team responsible for developing and cultivating global business development opportunities for Cybersafe and its partner base.

Rosana’s passion for the industry and expertise has allowed her to quickly rise through the ranks with Cybersafe Solutions. Having experience in roles such as Account Management and Strategic Partnerships has allowed Rosana to truly understand what’s important to clients and partner’s alike. Rosana now leverages this unique position to effectively train her team members and partners on how to cultivate strong relationships, identify new cybersecurity opportunities and expand their current book of business.

Prior to joining Cybersafe Solutions, Rosana began her career with IT research and Advisory firm, Gartner, Inc. It was in that role where she truly found her passion for the cybersecurity industry. Supporting the Education Sector, she quickly understood how important a strong cybersecurity program is cross industry.

Rosana has been named one of CRN's 2020 Next-Gen Solution Provider Leaders and currently sits on the advisory board and serves as a mentor for multiple universities. Rosana holds a B.S.B.A in Sales with a Minor in Marketing from the Earl N. Phillis School of Business at High Point University.

Based in Austin, Texas, Jacqueline Duffy (Jacki) has over 12 years of channel sales experience. With her current role as Global Partner Sales Leader at Rackspace Technology, Jacki is a driven, passionate sales leader focused on channel partner enablement for next-generation technologies and has a proven success record in the channel. With experience in cloud, network, colocation, collaboration, voice, equipment sales, security, and the master agent community, Jacki can empathize with the channel partner's vital role. Her goal is to make their job as seamless and painless as possible. Gianna recently joined Aircall as the General Manager of North America, driving the go to market strategy for the fast-growing region. She has been a strategic player in scaling sales organizations within the SaaS and tech spaces for nearly two decades. Her expertise and guidance have been instrumental in improving sales processes, enablement, revenue generation, and leadership development to drive organizations forward. 

However, she is most passionate when she is part of a community, helping to empower and mentor others in order to reach their personal and professional goals. Gianna's impressive results and visionary leadership were recently recognized when she was named one of the 2017 Female Executives of the Year by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Gianna serves on the Board of Brooklyn based nonprofit Read718 as the chair of the Governance Committee, is a member of Northfield Mount Hermon's Alumni Council within the Strategic Advisory Committee, and is an advisor to a variety of organizations within the start-up community. Gianna is a self-proclaimed borough-hopper having grown up between Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Having worked for the range of growth start-ups to large corporate companies, Como Kauth has experience working effectively in a wide range of work cultures and processes. Prior to BCM One, she held marketing leadership positions at two growth managed solution providers, Transbeam and UNSi, which were both acquired by GTT. She also held corporate marketing positions at AT&T Business and Qwest Communications.
