Marco Sanchez Promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales at TBI

The new role has the TBI veteran leading greater partner expansion and driving revenue growth for the Master Agent.

CHICAGO - February 3, 2021 – Leading technology distributor, TBI, announces the promotion of Marco Sanchez to Regional Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Sanchez focuses on driving more profitable growth for TBI and its large community of selling partners by leveraging TBI’s extensive resources and strong network of providers.

Having started at TBI in 2009, Sanchez has seen tremendous growth within the organization, beginning as a sales manager before moving into higher ranking sales leadership roles, including most recently serving as Senior Director of Channel Sales. He has a great deal of hands-on experience supporting channel partners and understanding their unique business needs, driven by the needs of their customers. When working as a TBI Channel Manager, Sanchez supported partners nationwide in strategizing and developing their business. Being a top performer in this role led to him oversee a team of Channel Managers, successfully delivering on targeted growth plans around identifying, recruiting, onboarding and training new partners. The region saw doubled production growth under his leadership.

Sanchez has been recognized throughout his career for his commitment and success, including being a five-time Presidents Club Winner. He has certifications and proficiencies in many technology solutions, including UCaaS/CCaaS, Computing/Cloud, Cybersecurity and networking; and is currently working on earning certications for Azure and AWS.

This has allowed me to develop expertise in various areas, including leadership and management, employee education, and adaptability, which is highly critical in this industry.”

Sanchez is supported by his wife and two-and-a-half year old son, with the family expecting twins in the Spring. Family is very important to Sanchez, spending much of his free time together traveling, cooking, watching games (he is an avid Chicago sports fan) and staying active. He also devotes time to volunteering with charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and The Lazy Volunteer.
