TBI honored to be named winner of Best and Brightest award in wellness for the fourth year in a row
CHICAGO, IL — The National Association for Business Resources has released their 2021 Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness winners, which features TBI Inc. for the fourth year in a row. This program honors companies that promote employee well-being, worksite health, and wellness.
The 2021 Summer National winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by SynBella, the nation’s leading wellness systems firm. Company entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
TBI is delighted to be included in the list of honorees for the fourth year in a row. With a large focus this past year being on employee’s health, safety, and wellness, TBI is pleased to be recognized for all the hard work and dedicated efforts that the team had put forth during this time.
“I’m extremely proud that TBI was featured as a Best and Brightest in Wellness winner for four consecutive years, especially after a year like 2020. Providing a well-rounded benefits package that keeps our employees physically and mentally healthy is important to me and the leadership team. I’m hoping we can continue this trend by improving the program to earn our fifth win next year,” says TBI’s Sr. Human Resources Manager, Caitlin Baronti.
“The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas and practices, and have proven they are employers of choice. Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important action in creating a sustainable culture that works and ensuring the wellbeing of their employees come first,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.
