TBI honored to be named a winner of Best and Brightest award in wellness for fifth year in a row.
CHICAGO, IL — The National Association for Business Resources has released their 2022 Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness winners, which features TBI for the fifth year in a row. This program honors companies that promote employee wellbeing, worksite health and wellness.
The 2022 Summer National winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by leading wellness systems firm. Company entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.
With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
This is the fifth year that TBI has been included as a Best and Brightest in Wellness honoree. The organization has continued to keep their employees’ health, safety, and wellness in mind over the past year and are pleased to be recognized for all their hard work.
“I’m honored to have TBI featured as a Best and Brightest in Wellness winner for 2022. It means even more to me since it’s been five consecutive years of earning a spot with this prestigious award. A lot has changed in five years, especially due to the pandemic; this is why prioritizing our employee’s health and well-being will always be a top priority for my team and me,” said TBI’s Director of Human Resources, Caitlin Baronti.
“The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas, practices, and have proven they are employers of choice when it comes to wellness and wellbeing. Best and Brightest winning companies are a community of leaders dedicated to creating a sustainable culture that works and ensuring the wellbeing of their employees come first,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs.
