TBI expands partner resources by promoting tenured leader for omni center team.
CHICAGO, IL – TBI, the nation’s leading technology brokerage firm, announces the promotion of Pete Miserendino from Sales Manager to Director of Sales – Omni Center. In this new role, Miserendino will oversee all inbound, outbound and base management campaigns, along with implementing new sales strategies focusing on next-gen solutions.
Miserendino started at TBI in 2015, working as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Sales Manager for their omni center. Within his role as Sales Manager, Miserendino guided his team to meet their daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, along with discovering new business opportunities with TBI and their providers. Under his leadership, his team achieved TBI’s highest-selling months for next-gen solutions leading up to his promotion. In addition, Miserendino was also awarded President’s Club status at TBI for 2019, 2020, and 2021, further showcasing his dedication and success at the organization.
In his new role as Director of Sales – Omni Center, Miserendino continues with his duties of leading TBI’s omni center team, along with promoting TBI’s referral, base management and teaming programs to TBI providers.

In his free time, Miserendino enjoys coaching youth and high school baseball and football, along with spending time with his children.
