The Chicago Tribune Names TBI a Winner of The Chicago Top Workplaces 2020 Award

CHICAGO, IL – OCTOBER 30, 2020 – TBI has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

TWP_Chicago_2020_AW_DarkTBI will soon be celebrating 30 years in the Chicago market and has previously received recognition as one of the Top Workplaces by both Crain’s Chicago and The Chicago Tribune. TBI’s President, Geoff Shepstone, expressed what it means to receive the honor this year. “Receiving this recognition right now, as many people are facing challenges and adversity, means even more,” said Shepstone. “We are happy that we can employ such wonderful, talented individuals in Chicago and throughout the nation, and are even more pleased that our employees truly enjoy being part of our organization. We are continuously building out greater benefits and carving out a stronger TBI community, from improving employee perks to cultivating a welcoming and inclusive environment. We understand the value happy employees bring to the organization and are honored to be recognized, through feedback of our own, being a top workplace.”
