TBI Adds Cloud Communications Architect, Thea Rasmussen, to Tech Guru Team

Experienced Channel veteran joins TBI’s team of solution architects to strengthen partner community.

Rasmussen joins TBI after a decade-plus tenure at Channel provider, Vonage. As their Sr. Solutions Engineer, she served on the Enterprise Custom Engineering team, supporting the company’s largest enterprise customers. Prior to working at Vonage, Rasmussen worked for other leading companies within the industry including CenturyLink (now known as Lumen), Telesphere and TDS Metrocom.

Rasmussen joins TBI’s team of solution architects, Tech Gurus, as their Cloud Communications Architect. Within this role, she will focus on providing customer insights on unified solutions such as communications as a service (UCaaS), contact center as a service (CCaaS) and communications platforms as a service (CPaaS).

Rasmussen currently resides in the Twin Cities following her time spent in Wisconsin, where she attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison. When she is not working, Rasmussen enjoys spending time with her wife and two kids.
