Leading master agent demonstrates commitment to supporting Channel partners by adding new Director of Partner Success.
CHICAGO, IL – TBI, the nation’s leading technology distributor, announces the addition of Director of Partner Success, Michelle Tamras, to further support and serve its expansive partner community.
Tamras joins TBI with extensive experience in the Channel, notably spending several years working with the TBI provider, AT&T. While there, she held a variety of roles in sales, management, and business development, which provided her with a well-rounded insight of the industry. In addition to the continued growth within her past roles, Tamras has also continued to develop professionally by acquiring multiple character-building certifications. This includes Foundations of Leadership, Service that Achieves Revenue (STAR), Motivating for Extraordinary Service, Customer First in Action, and Seven Habits of Highly Motivated People.
As Director of Partner Success, Tamras will boost the strategic growth of TBI partner relationships by driving fast-paced implementations and creating an exceptional, industry-leading experience for all TBI partners and providers. Additionally in her role, Tamras will also act as a liaison between key stakeholders and TBI, ensuring that everyone is being fully supported.
