CHICAGO – May 2, 2018 – TBI announced today that Brigid O’Brien, formerly with Verizon, has joined TBI as a Channel Manager, supporting agents in the Southwest region.
In this role, Brigid will work with agents developing business plans to reach their company’s growth goals. She will also support these agents with TBI resources, including in-person training, technical support, and marketing tools.

Brigid spent almost thirteen years at Verizon, most recently as a Regional Sales Manager for both the commercial and public-sector sides of the Verizon Partner Program. She also held the roles of Senior Manager, Channel Operations & Communications as well as Channel Manager while at Verizon. Prior to joining Verizon, Brigid spent more than eight years at AT&T where she held several roles of increasing responsibility including Channel Sales Director and National Director of Partner Recruitment.
Brigid has a BS in Management from Canisius College and she earned her MBA from Pepperdine University while still excelling in her career. She also received a Certificate of Completion from the London Business School for the Accelerated Executive Development Program.
Brigid is an active member of various organizations such as Women in the Channel, Women in Technology International (WITI), the Ellevate Network and the McDermott & Bull Executive Network; she has received numerous awards for achieving/exceeding her goals during her twenty years in the telecom industry.
