TBI Adds New Subject Matter Expert to Tech Gurus

CHICAGO—February 5, 2020 –TBI announced the recent addition of Scott Ward, Cloud Communications Architect and part of the Tech Gurus team as one of the newest members of the TBI family.

Scott joins TBI with more than 30 years of industry experience. In his role as Cloud Communications Architect, Ward will be a key member of the customer-facing Tech Gurus team. He will provide channel sales advanced pre and post-sale support for cloud communications solutions, with the objective of helping partners grow their emerging technology business.

Ward, who graduated cum laude from Christian Brothers University with a degree in telecommunications/ISM, also holds numerous technical certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Over the course of his career, he has worked his way up the ranks from Developer, having spent the past 12 years as a solution engineer designing complex cloud-based, managed hosting, and colocation solutions for customers of all sizes (from SMB to enterprise) at RapidScale. Prior to that, he worked as Sr. IT Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer at Verizon/Terremark for a number of years.

Ward enjoys scouting camping and a good game of backgammon as well as volunteering his time with charities that rescue animals.
