CHICAGO – March 7, 2018 – TBI announced today that Joe Dino, formerly of Windstream, has joined the master agency as a Channel Manager supporting agents in the Northeast.
In this role, Joe will support selling agents through training, technical support, and marketing resources. He will work to develop customized business plans with agents to help grow revenue and meet business goals.

Joe joins TBI after having spent the last 16 years at Windstream as a Senior Sales Engineer. While there, Joe successfully grew his business unit up to $10mm in annual sales, was acknowledged as one of the top five sales engineers and achieved president’s club numerous times. Prior to Windstream, he worked as a Systems Engineer for 5 years, where he created the first local area network for an insurance company supporting 500+ employees.
In addition to spending time with his wife and three children, Joe enjoys being outdoors golfing, fishing, hunting and camping.
