TBI Adds Solutions Engineer, Justin Foxwood, to the Tech Gurus Team

Chicago, IL – June 2, 2021 – North America’s largest technology distributor, TBI, adds Solutions Engineer, Justin Foxwood, to their Tech Gurus team. This is the latest in a series of investments that TBI has made to offer more technical and engineering resources for channel partners.

Justin Foxwood has been in the telecom industry since 2008 when he joined master agent, WTG/AppSmart. He gained an in-depth understanding of the Channel working as a Channel Manager within the organization, before moving into a hybrid sales and engineering role. He is joining the TBI Tech Gurus team as a Solutions Engineer. In his new role, Foxwood will use his expertise to help partners discover, design, and deploy solutions, focusing on emerging technologies. Foxwood has extensive experience in the digital voice stack (UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaas), data networking (MPLS, SD-WAN, cloud connects, IOT), and hosted infrastructure (colocation, public/private cloud, VDI). He also is a VMware Certified Associate and holds numerous vendor certifications, including from 8x8, Equinix, and Intelepeer.

TBI’s Solutions Engineering Manager, Joe Fizor, shared what this latest addition brings to TBI and their partner community. “We are excited to announce our newest member – Justin Foxwood. Justin brings a robust skillset, with extensive experience assisting partners and customers throughout the emerging technology space. Justin will be joining the solution and provider agnostic resources of TBI, expanding physical coverage to the upper Northwest. Justin sharpened his skills working various roles throughout the channel and is poised to hit the ground running supporting our TBI partners,” Fizor said.

“I could not be more excited to join the TBI family. I very much appreciate TBI’s partner first, white-glove approach exemplified across the organization,” added Foxwood.

Foxwood resides in Hood River, Oregon with my wife Victoria and two dogs Harvey (Great Dane) and Dexter (Husky/Boxer). Along with engineering, his other passions include gardening and natural systems design; he is currently working on obtaining a Master Gardener certification offered by Oregon State University.
