TBI Appoints New Vice President

CHICAGO, IL – December 19, 2016 – TBI announced today that it has appointed Mike Onystok as Vice President. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing all sales, support, and training within the company’s Omni-Center business unit.

An employee at TBI since 2Mike Onystok, TBI008, Onystok started off as a Supervisor of Inside Sales in the company’s call center. Since then, he’s held the positions of Director of National Telesales and, most recently, Director of National Channel Sales. In these roles, his responsibilities included leading strategy, development, and overall management of a 60+ employee sales and support team, managing executive-level relationships with over 100 contact center partners, and collaborating with strategic vendors to develop best-of-breed sales and base management programs for channel partners.

In just eight years with TBI, Onystok has worked his way up from a supervisor in the company’s contact center to a member of its executive leadership team. Before joining the master agent, he started his career in sales in 2004 as a Shift Supervisor for Telenet and Associates, Inc, where he oversaw and managed a team of associates in its call center. In addition to working at TBI, he is an active member of the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), and has been the organization’s Chicago Chapter President since 2014.
