Leading technology services distributor demonstrates commitment to Channel partners by adding Andrew Marshall to growing team of solution architects and subject matter experts.
CHICAGO, IL – TBI, the nation’s leading technology distributor, announces the addition of Solution Engineer, Andrew Marshall, to their growing team of technology solution experts. This addition will provide optimal support for TBI partners looking to find the best solutions and services for their customers, while also investing in complex technologies.
Marshall joins TBI after spending 10+ years in the Channel, with the last four working as vCom Solutions’ Technical Solutions Executive. While in this role, Marshall was responsible for creating custom technology roadmaps focused on positive customer outcomes, enhancing relationships between suppliers and customers, managing customer product sales lifecycles, and driving revenue in network solutions sales. Closing several multi-million dollar deals in networking infrastructure and regularly exceeding yearly sales quotas of $200,000 monthly recurring revenue, Marshall proved to be an asset to the organization, adding value to customers up until his departure.
Before working at vCom Solutions, Marshall worked for the technology organizations TelePacific Communications, Windstream Communications, and Wave Broadband.
In his new role at TBI, Marshall will serve as a Solution Engineer, providing partners with insights on the best technology solutions to help them shorten the sales cycle with their customers.
“My role is to understand a customer’s situation and create solutions to solve them. I provide all customers with as much information as they are willing to ingest so that they can make an educated decision on what will be right for their organization,” said Marshall when asked about his new role.

When not working, Marshall enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and their dogs. Marshall takes pleasure in playing an active role in his local community and frequently volunteers at his son’s preschool and coaches a youth swim team.
