TBI Hires New National Channel Manager in Boston

Leading National Technology Master Agency Expands Sales Organization

CHICAGO –June, 29, 2015 – TBI announced today that Julie Friedman has joined the master agency as a National Channel Manager to grow and support the company’s agent partner base in the U.S. Northeast.
Friedman brings over 20 years of experience in the telecom and technology industries, and particular expertise in the growing areas of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and cloud computing.

As a National Channel Manager, Friedman will focus on expanding TBI’s network of agents, VARs, and MSPs in the Northeast region. In addition, she will work with current TBI agents to develop strategic business plans to assist them in growing new communications and connectivity services revenues.

Friedman started in the telecom industry in 1993 and throughout her career has earned numerous awards in recognition of her success, including President’s Club membership and Pinnacle of Success awards. Prior to joining TBI, Friedman worked on the business development team of Thinking Phones, the Boston-based three-time Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in the UCaaS space.
