TBI Honored As Bronze Stevie® Award Winners In 2021 American Business Awards®

TBI celebrates wins from the 2021 American Business Awards in categories Human Resources Department of the Year and Maverick of the Year- Business Strategies.

CHICAGO, IL – TBI is named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Human Resources Department of the Year category for the 19th Annual American Business Awards®. In addition, TBI’s Senior Human Resources Manager, Caitlin Baronti, was also awarded the winner of a Bronze Stevie Award® in the Maverick of the Year- Business Services Industries category.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. 

More than 3,800 nominations – a record number -- from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Virtual Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. TBI was nominated in both the Human Resources Department of the Year and Maverick of the Year categories.

TBI is delighted to have received two wins during the 2021 American Business Awards. The Human Resources department at TBI has worked tirelessly this past year as a result of the pandemic. Winning the Bronze Human Resources Department of the Year award is a well-deserved victory, and TBI thanks everyone who was involved in helping the team achieve this success. In addition to this award, TBI’s Caitlin Baronti was recognized for her hard work on leading the Human Resources team with her win of Bronze Maverick of the Year- Business Services Industries. More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
