TBI Introduces New Channel Manager for Eastern Region

CHICAGO - February 3, 2021 – TBI, the nation’s leading master agent, announces the addition of Channel Manager Stephanie Heap to serve partners in the Eastern region.

Heap joins TBI with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a background in both technology sales and sales management. Some of the areas that she specializes in include complex networks, cybersecurity, managed services, telecom hardware, CPE, SD-WAN, and cloud services. Heap has experience selling telecommunications and technology services to smaller IT team up to CTOs and CIOs of Fortune 10 companies.

Heap’s role as a Channel Manager at TBI centers on maintain and expanding the Master Agent’s relationships with current and prospective partners, with the primary objective to aggressively grow partner sales, specifically in emerging technologies and digital transformation.
