Tell us about your role at TBI and how long you've been with the company.
I have been with TBI in the wireless division for a year and 4 months. Some of my day-to-day functions include order processing, contract creation and customer quoting, in addition to a wide variety of daily customer care tasks.
What's your biggest tip for combating distractions while you are working from home?
I find that having a set space or area for daily work life has helped with my distractions. Being able to separate work from home, both when on and off the clock, has been beneficial.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
I have a lot of oddball collections, ranging from Nightmare Before Christmas to Betty White and The Golden Girls to many more.
In a situation where you had to pick a song to sing for karaoke, what song would you pick?
After mustering up the courage, and to save everyone's ears as well, I would say "Tequila" by The Champs LOL.
What is one thing that can instantly make your day better?
One thing that can instantly make my day better would have to be spending some quality time with my friends or family.
