TBI Strengthens Partner Resources with the Addition of New Channel Managers

CHICAGO - January 6, 2021 – Leading technology distributor, TBI, announces the addition of two new Channel Managers to support their growing partner community. Kent Kicza will now be working with partners in the Northeast to help grow their business, while Kevin Heidy will be supporting partners in the West - Rocky Mountain Region.

Kent KiczaKent Kicza brings over 20 years of experience in selling IT solutions, having worked for providers like Lumen (formerly CenturyLink), Windstream and most recently as Cloud Account Manager for Navisite. He has a strong background in cloud, data center, managed services and communications including CCaaS and UCaaS. Kicza is looking forward to assisting partners within the Northeast, a market that he has a great deal of experience and first-hand knowledge of. Kicza lives in Derry, New Hampshire with his wife, Jennifer. He also has three step-children, a dog and a cat. kentkKevin Heidy also brings a great deal of experience to the TBI team, having worked for providers RingCentral and Mitel, with his most recent position being Area Vice President – Mountain Region for Vonage. Heidy has over 10 years of experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS solutions and networking, and is eager to assist partners in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. “2020 was a challenging year for many companies as they worked to adapt their technology strategies to fit the new remote working dynamics,” Heidy said. “2021 will most likely build on this trend and I am excited for our partners, their customers and TBI to be at the center of this global transformation.”
