Leading master agent further demonstrates commitment to supporting channel partners by adding Channel Managers in Texas area, Eastern region, and a specialized mobility Channel Manager.
CHICAGO - March 3, 2021 – Leading technology distributor, TBI, announces the addition of three new Channel Managers to support TBI’s growing partner community. Specializing in mobility, Aram Kelekian will work with partners to actively grow their voice and mobility sales. Nicholas Amelang is a new Channel Manager supporting partners in the Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. Amy Gordon joins as an Inside Channel Manager supporting the Eastern region.
Aram Kelekian brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a background in both the cellular and mobility realms. Notably, Kelekian worked for 14 years growing indirect sales agents for the provider Verizon, generating over $15MM in monthly revenue. Kelekian’s role will focus greatly on increasing TBI’s reach with our current partners for additional mobility solutions, along with acquiring new partners. Kelekian said, “Services, solutions and vendors are here, the partners are out there, and the challenge is set. Now is the time to go out and get TBI in front of everyone to show them who we are and how we can help their business grow.”

While Aram is not working, he enjoys supporting Chicago sports teams, along with spending time with his wife and two girls. He is excited for his oldest daughter to attend Marquette University in the Fall of 2021.
Nicholas Amelang also brings a great deal of experience to the TBI team, having worked for providers such as Nitel and Hypercore Networks, along with his most recent position being the Director of Sales- Texas for CallTower. Amelang’s role will focus on strengthening TBI’s relationship with the Dallas partner market, along with further developing his complete territory. “I have never felt so enabled and set up for success with the best team I have ever been a part of from top to bottom,” says Amelang when being asked about his position. “TBI will become a household name in my markets very soon.”

Nicholas enjoys his free time by participating in multiple competitive sports with his fiancé. This includes bowling, tennis, and his favorite, disk golf.
Amy Gordon is another industry vet joining TBI, with more than 15 years of experience in technology and a strong background in sales and account management. In her role as Inside Channel Manager, Gordon will assist partners in turning opportunities to sales, giving partners access to the latest TBI resources.

Outside of work, Amy is passionate about the environment and loves planting flowers, trees, and shrubs around her home’s property in effort to support the local wildlife. She looks forward to when she can travel again, so she can visit her friends and family in Canada.
