TBI Welcomes Kathryn Wilkie as a Sales Trainer in Chicago

Leading National Technology Master Agency invests further in partner education and training with the addition of a new Sales Trainer.

CHICAGO, IL – November 2, 2016 – TBI announced today that Kathryn Wilkie has joined the master agency as a Sales Trainer. In this role, she will be responsible for furthering support sales initiatives and providing strategic, technical, and business expertise to TBI’s Channel Sales team, agent partners, and subagents. Kathryn joins TBI with over five years of experience in industry training, with particular expertise in the development and execution of technical trainings, certifications and accreditations, and sales events.

Kathryn Wilkie, TBIKathryn’s career in training began at Marcus Evans, where she held various roles, including Manager of Professional Training. During her time there, Kathryn oversaw $1.5M+ in client business, $500,000 in project budgets, and a team of five. She was responsible for up to 30 events at a time, new hire onboarding, client management, and division innovation. Additionally, she collaborated with subject matter experts and CEO on their communications goals and produced content needed for those initiatives.

She will work hand in hand with partners at the beginning of their TBI journey, and assist in building continued success by focusing on sales enablement and strategy during their first year with TBI.
