These awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) to recognize the outstanding work of creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media.
The TBI marketing team was awarded the following 2020 Hermes Awards:
Platinum Winner in the category of Digital Publications, E-book. The winning entry was the 2019 e-book, Selling Contact Center as a Service in the Channel: The History, Benefits & Trends, with Amanda Johnson, creator/copywriter and Amanda Marquez, designer/graphics.
Gold Winner in the category of Electronic/Social/Interactive Media, Blog Writing. Bringing Tech Blog Writing to the next Level was the winning entry, with Amanda Johnson named as the writer for her feature pieces on TBI’s blog and Corey Cohen as the editor.
Gold Winner in the category of Electronic/Social/Interactive Media, Social Media, LinkedIn. The winning entry was Rebecca Greve for the continued growth, strategy and management of TBI’s LinkedIn channel.
Honorable mentions went to Jim Kozyra under the category Electronic/Social/ Interactive Media, Video Creativity, Videography and Amanda Marquez under the category Print Media, Design, Logo for the creation of the Tech Guidance (TBI’s sister company) logo.

TBI’s marketing team adds these accolades to their recent collect of wins, including the 2019 Public Relations and Marketing Excellence Award from the Business Intelligence Group; also in 2019, Vidyard’s Video in Business - Enabler Award was awarded to Jim Kozyra. TBI was also awarded the Gold Stevie Award for Marketing Department of the Year, 2018, and Corey Cohen, VP of Marketing, took home the bronze for Marketing Executive of the Year, 2018.
