TBI’s Award-Winning Marketing Department Does It Again: The Master Agent Takes Home 5 Hermes Creative Marketing Awards

These awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) to recognize the outstanding work of creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media.


The TBI marketing team was awarded the following 2020 Hermes Awards:

Platinum Winner in the category of Digital Publications, E-book. The winning entry was the 2019 e-book, Selling Contact Center as a Service in the Channel: The History, Benefits & Trends, with Amanda Johnson, creator/copywriter and Amanda Marquez, designer/graphics.

Gold Winner in the category of Electronic/Social/Interactive Media, Blog Writing. Bringing Tech Blog Writing to the next Level was the winning entry, with Amanda Johnson named as the writer for her feature pieces on TBI’s blog and Corey Cohen as the editor.
