Go into 2020 equipped with the tools you need to make this your most successful year yet! TBI invests in a multitude of resources to make your sales faster, easier and more profitable. And as a busy selling partner wearing many hats, you need to rely on all that's available to you. Better connect with customers and augment your existing sales efforts using these TBI resources. Some you may already be familiar with and using. Some may be new to you. But all are valuable and can make a big difference in your business.

Honored with Stevie Award’s Marketing Department of the Year – Gold, TBI’s industry-recognized marketing team continues to churn out more and more resources to support partners. From blog pieces, partner downloads and e-books to white label collateral and custom content, a wealth of easily digestible and turnkey content is at your disposal. The team offers social media training (including navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator for leads), website audits, one-on-one strategic planning meetings and even video production. Partners can utilize the fully equipped video studio at TBI headquarters to shoot short sales videos, testimonials, case studies and educational pieces; the marketing team works with partners on scripting and handle pre- and post-production. Commissions and NetSuite Reporting

Are you effectively using the commissions data that we’re providing you each month or the valuable reporting available to you in NetSuite? You should be. Gain better insight into your business as a whole; make more strategic, calculated moves; avoid missing contract renewal opportunities and anticipate future revenue drops. There are NetSuite reports that you should be using regularly like the Contract Expiration Audit. This report audits active contracts that you’ve sold through TBI (not any contracts directly with carriers or another master agent) and tells you when the contract will expire. Prioritize accounts and avoid losing business as contracts end; this color-coded audit gives snapshots into six months, 90 days, 60 days and 30 days. Another helpful report is the 3Month Comparison – Summary by Account Name which gives you a three-month commission variance to allow for financial and strategic planning. The Accounts that Stopped Commissioning in Prior Month report shows you what margin fell off in the previous month including who the customer was and the solution. Tapping into the reporting information available to you can help avoid missed opportunities or unexpected revenue loss. Reach out to your Channel Manager with questions or to schedule a NetSuite training.

Partner Referral Program

Do you want to stop wasting valuable time on smaller, transactional sales? Do you miss out on opportunities because you’re not comfortable selling certain telecom or cloud solutions? Do you sometimes just not have the bandwidth to take on new customers? Don’t miss out on any of that revenue with the Partner Referral Program. Send leads to TBI and we will close the sale on your behalf while making you commission. We manage the sale from start to finish – giving you more money without more work. The Partner Referral Program enables you to absorb new business and strengthen relationships by extending your offerings, leveraging TBI’s extensive portfolio of service providers. Contact Bill Vander Vennet, National Referral Program Director, at or 512.994.3440 to learn more.
